Transduce — Refund Policy

Standard Refund Window

14 days from the date of purchase, no reason required, for a first-time purchase of a Transduce license. Request a refund by contacting support@transducemedia.com with your order/license ID.

What Happens on Refund

• Your license is marked refunded/revoked in our records; the license grant in EULA.md ends.
• Refund is issued to your original payment method through Polar.sh (Merchant of Record); processing time depends on your bank/card issuer.
• You must uninstall the Software once refunded.

Exceptions

• Refunds are not available for licenses purchased more than 14 days ago.
• Refunds are not available for licenses that were suspended or terminated for a violation of the EULA.md (e.g. license-sharing, abuse).

Community Modules

Community modules are not sold by us and this refund policy doesn't apply to them (most are free; if a paid module marketplace is ever built, per AI2Film_Specification.md §16, this policy will need a dedicated section for that at the time).
